Second best only to the Parmigiano Reggiano, the Grana Padano is another great classic of the north Italian dairy production. Produced by officially consorzium-registered cheese factories, the Grana Padano wheel is delivered to us to be cut, packaged and sold out.

Here we have the Grana Padano Zanasi DOP in the 4 KG cut. The plastic packaging is vacuum-pressurized and it can be available in the following agings:
